I am thrilled to welcome you to the 19-20 school year at Galena-Abesville Elementary! As a proud graduate of Galena, I’m so pleased to serve you and your student(s) this year. You’ll our staff works collaboratively to make decisions that are always student-centered. We are committed to working with colleagues, families, students, and community statements are as follows and as you can see, we always have BEAR PRIDE!
Some additional facts about our elementary are that we are a fully-implemented Title I school Each student(s) is able to receive services from our Title I Department. Also, our elementary qualifies for the state CEP (Community Eligibility Program) cafeteria program. The CEP allows each student in the building to receive free breakfast and free lunch each day of the school year. We are so thankful for this program to assist our students and their families.
